WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEMS?
All orders are subject to a handling period before shipment, usually 2 – 3 business days.
Most orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 business days after receipt of payment.
You will then receive notification of both processing and shipment. In many instances, we are shipping from our warehouses in either the US or Asia. If from Asia, please expect 10 – 20 days to receive your order.
Orders may be canceled if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they will not be canceled.
Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address. ClickToMyCart.com can not be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
In some cases, international shipments will require import/customs taxes be paid. These will be the responsibility of the buyer under ALL CIRCUMSTANCES. ClickToMyCart.com will not be held responsible for customs taxes.
WHEN WILL MY ITEMS ARRIVE?
Most all of our items will arrive between 12-28 days, it is possible that some items will be delivered beyond our standard shipping time. We have ask that you give your order at least 4 weeks if you have not received it within our given standard shipment time.
WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?
Our primary warehouse is in the United States, but most of our specialty items are located in other countries such as the United Kingdom and China.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, it will sometimes be sent in separate packages, we will provide the tracking numbers if the products have been shipped separately. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

Yes we ship outside of the United States. Free Shipping Worldwide
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Find your favorite products on any product page, add them to cart and checkout. That’s it, it’s easy!
HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page managed by PayPal. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider secured network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If orders have been cancel by ClickToMyCart.com we will give a 100% refund to your credit card.
Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
WHERE IS MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
ClickToMyCart automatically sends you a confirmation email about the details of your orders and the estimated delivery date. If you did not receive one, don’t worry! You can try these instead:
- Check the spam folder of your email account
- Or, you may contact us so we can send you an email with your order history

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, American Express, Master Card and more. You can also pay with PayPal, we are working on adding more payment gateways.
